Incredibly quick response within a few hours of request. Joel was wonderful and a pleasure to work with during our site visit and the move-in process. James and Alexandra in the leasing office have been so helpful and are always happy to help. Would definitely recommend Modera44 as a great place to call home

The Manager and Staff are always professional and accessible when ifneeded. Most important, they are always kind and considerate.
The delivery service and handling of Covid stress this year has been amazing. They are on top of everything to make residents feel safe and at ease in their homes, hallways etc.

|Recommended: YesJust moved in — I found the building Modera 44 while looking on line for an upscale rental. The leasing office helped make my stressful move very easy. They provide a dedicated elevator just for my move. We were able to completely move the furniture in two hours. Sakinah the leasing agent proved to be a valuable asset by being very knowledgeable in all aspects of the leasing process. This mid-rise building is magnificent situated in the business district of historic Morristown. All the residents are friendly as they are all pre-approved before they can move in.

|Recommended: YesNew resident — Just moved in and the leasing office made the move in process very easy. A dedicated elevator is reserved just got the movers. The leasing agent Sakinah was very helpful and it's very knowledgeable regarding all the leasing issues and process.
