|Recommended: YesI love how efficient maintenance is here. I requested a fix in lightbulb late in the weekend, and someone showed up first thing in the morning on Monday. Brunel was super polite and quick. He assessed what was needed, stepped out, and immediately came back with the proper equipment. Everything was fixed in a matter of minutes.

|Recommended: YesFast and realiable maintenance staff — I had an issue with the faucet in the kitchen in the morning and the same day the maintenance staff got to my apartment and solved the problem properly and pretty fast. Brunel was really kind and professional doing his job.

|Recommended: YesExtraordinary community to call home — For the past 15 months, we had the privilege's to live in the Modera 44 property and enjoy our neighbors and the superb support from staff. We never considered if we would continue to live at Modera 44 when our lease just ended. The only decision we had to make was moving from the 2nd floor to the 5th floor with a loft. We live hectic lives as the CEO of a company and my wife working the night shift at Morristown Hospital in obstetrics. If your looking for quality construction, outstanding service, wonderful neighbors, rooftop activities, business center, short walk to the train, dining, bars, and exceptional service from the myriad of Modera 44 staff, then look no further then Modera 44.

|Recommended: NoI can hear every word the neighbors say, at talking volume. — The fact that I can clearly hear every word our neighbors say, proves that the building did a shitty job soundproofing the walls correctly. It seems they cut corners in construction and I would bet that they forgot to add the soundproofing blankets between walls. For what it costs per month, it is not worth dealing with the constant noise. Not to mention the state of the property has gone downhill fast since the start of Covid, the walls are dirty, the floors are dirty. It's a real shame.

My apartment is lovely and modern and checked all my requirements. The Leasing Office and Maintenance are also pretty good and respond very quickly.

The leasing office staff are very pleasant especially Joel to work with. Maintenance staff are also very polite, professional and friendly.
