|Recommended: NoVery noisy in the apartment, I can even hear conversations. — It's a nice building, the apartments are bright and cheerful. The noise from other apartments is disturbing people walking in loud shoes, conversations that can be heard every word unfortunately my neighbors like swearing and it comes through loud and clear. I would not recommend this apartment to anybody without mentioning the noise level. Too bad as I like it here, I will need to get ear plugs.
I have not been in here long enough to rate maintenance staff.

|Recommended: NoDo you value your hearing Avoid this community. The fire alarms are set off far too frequently and it seems to be an easy trigger. I have lived here for almost a year and have experienced several unexpected fire alarms, they not only scare the heck out of you, but they will leave your hears ringing for days to come. I'm fairly sure my hearing has been affected, and I hope the hearing of the children that live here has not been affected. Something needs to be done to reduce the sound.
Have also heard of issues with other residents who have had flooding issues and it seems that little was done to try and address their concerns.
Finally one of the main reasons of living here is the amenities, which were not available during the months of Covid, there was no compensation for the residents to recover the value add loss that we experienced during this time.

Sakinah and the Modera 44 team made the move-in process very simple and they were super helpful, answering any questions or concerns we had. We love the apartment - it's spacious, clean and bright We are also excited to use all the amazing amenities the property has to offer like the gym and rooftop. Overall, we are very excited to be living here

|Recommended: YesAmazing — Great great place to be Whole Foods, CVS, restaurants and Morristown downtown is at walking distance. The building is so well maintained, you can tell the staff works tirelessly for the system to be running so smoothly, and we couldn’t be happier living here

I haven't lived here long but I love the rooftop. Glad to see the gym is opening today. Looking forward to using other amenities offered.
