The location is perfect.........Walking distance to everything Morristown has to offer. I can't say enough about the wonderful management staff. Joel Bockhorn continues to go above and beyond in making sure all of the residents at the Modera 44 are happy. I recommend the Modera 44 to everyone.......all ages.

|Recommended: YesGreat Building — I have been a resident of Basking Ridge for 25 years and have decided to sell my home and move to Morristown. After looking into all of the high rise apartment buildings in Morristown, both new and older, I have decided that the Modera 44 is the perfect fit for me in starting this new chapter of my life.
I have taken many tours of apartments with the various leasing agents at other buildings in Morristown. When I met Paige Rasmussen for my tour of the 2 bedroom model, I immediately felt comfortable and it didn't take long for me to realize that the Modera 44 had a warmth that I didn’t feel in other buildings. Paiges ability to answer all of my questions, was a good start. Yet it was the balance of her professionalism, knowledge, friendliness and her genuine concern for what matters to me in making my move to apartment living that impressed me so.

|Recommended: YesGreat Property and Management — It's expensive, but everything is taken care of for you and it's close to almost everything. You won't hear the bars and restaurant chatter but the trash collection commotion at 7 am is really the only negative experience.
