|Recommended: YesNice place to live with great community — I love living at Modera44. Not only are the apartments and facilities really nice, but everyone who works here is extremely helpful and makes moving in super easy. I've been here since October 2018 and couldn't be happier.

|Recommended: YesOutstanding place to live — We really love living at Modera 44. The property is is kept very clean and if there is any issue, it is taken care of right away. The location is perfect, not right in the heart of downtown, but close enough to walk anywhere. We looked at several other properties but this was the best and we know we made the right move.

|Recommended: YesI have lived here for several year, so I guess it's pretty good — Modera 44 is a beautiful, clean building with friendly residents. There could be a slight improvements in the way residents are treated during the renewal process, but as a place to live, it is wonderful
